Bosch Acquires Cobi
2017-12-04 source ownFor some time, there has been rumours swirling about the possible takeover of Cobi by Bosch eBike Systems. Due to an agreement between both parties, we don’t quite know the purchase price but Cobi is now a fully-fledged subsidiary of Bosch. For Cobi, there won’t be too many changes immediately with the production to continue as it is, the workforce to remain, and the headquarters set to stay in Frankfurt am Main.
