Germany’s EK-Servicegroup to Take Over Euretco
2015-05-02 source ownPromptly after the announcement of the majority takeover of Euretco by the German company EK- Servicegroup, the Dutch purchasing organization has released its figures for 2014. In the press release, the sports division’s purchasing volume improved by 5% to €169 million. Euretco Sport comprises the banners Intersport, Runnersworld, and Coach/The Athlete’s Foot.
The group, which additionally serves fashion and home living retailers, saw buying volume decrease to
€904 million from €922 million, which has been mostly as a result of a decrease in the home living sector. However, the group’s profit before non-recurring items was up by 47 % to €8.4 million. Net profit more than doubled to €2.8 million, up from €1.3 million. To learn more about what CeSport can do for you click here
