New wellness complex for GOCO

2016-08-22 source own
GOCO Hospitality is well-known for producing spa and wellness centres but it looks as though they are just about to add another to their portfolio by working on a GOCO retreat on Rugen, a German island. The location, German’s largest island, is already known for its stunning beaches and lagoons so has been spotted as the perfect area for the centre.

When completed, the GOCO retreat ‘Kaiserhof Rugen’ will be found in the southeast section of the island on a remote hill. In fact, the land being used was previously owned by Otto Von Bismarck. Frank Architectural Design will be responsible for the development which is set to play host to 54 wellness condos and 50 bedrooms. In addition to this, visitors will also have the pleasure of beautiful views looking over the Baltic Sea and Sellin Pier.

In total, the complex is to use over 38,000 square feet of space and will include; mind and body studio, heat and water experiences, restaurant, library, lounge, a medispa gym and most importantly, over 40 treatment rooms. If all goes to plan, GOCO are hoping to see their resort open in 2018.
