Outdoorzy to Start Trading on NewConnect
2016-12-20 source ownOutdoorzy will start trading on NewConnect of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The Polish clothing and sporting equipment distributor will issue 2M shares of series B stock and 2.5M shares of series C stock.
Outdoorzy is the leading e-tailer of outdoor product listed on NewConnect with its income of PLN 5.8m and net turnover of PLN 52,400. Earlier this year, the company made approximately PLN 0.7m from a private share placement. Outdoorzy used the amount to improve its website and reinforce its warehouse inventory.
