Poland; New ownership for Jelena Gora and Karpacz Hotel

2017-04-18 source own
After signing the preliminary contracts back in February, it all went quiet for a while but the sales of Jelena Gora and Karpacz have now gone through. Currently owned by Orbis, the two sold for a little over PLN 26 million with PLN 5 million paid already and the remainder to change hands after completion of the sale. Although we don’t have too much information regarding the deal or the future, we do know that Orbis has made an agreement with the buyer to keep the branding the same for both locations under a long-term franchise agreement.
