Specialized continued the momentum of releasing their second model in the Turbo pedal-assist line – the Vado - by opening a new pop-up store in Germany. The store was opened in the evening local time on Friday, near the Königsallee – a downtown area that draws in over 10,000 visitors a day.

The Tour de France, which will be starting in a few months, will also pass by the store, generating plenty of potential customers.

The pop-up store measures 4,000 square-feet and it features a showcase of Specialized’s Turbo e-bikes, along with the Vado. The whole bottom floor of the pop-up store is dedicated to the Vado. All five of the Vado models are on display, along with a section of the shop dedicated to apparel and accessories. The second-floor of the store features the e-MTB along with some apparel for off-road riding. The store also has a spacious lounge, complete with a large screen for events and meetups.

Specialized are set to feature the Turbo models for the first six weeks, and keep the store open for four months in all.
