Warsaw to Benefit from Brexit?
2017-06-22 source ownAround one year ago, the British people voted to leave the EU and the implications of this have been wide and varied. For European businesses, they are now considering moves out of London in order to pursue other locations and Warsaw could be a main contender for this task.
According to a recent report, Warsaw could see an additional 4,000 jobs created from new businesses since there is ample office space available and beneficial tax regulations. In addition to this, rent will be low for businesses. In fact, they will be much lower than other cities with Paris averaging prices 65% higher. With this news, the city might be around the corner from some huge growth depending on how the Brexit negotiations go in the coming months and years.
