Czechia Experiences Retail Growth

2017-07-17 source own
In the next three years alone, Czechia is expected to introduce around 70 retail parks which perhaps shows the level of growth the country is seeing in the retail industry. In total, the new parks will take up over 300,000 square metres and this will add to the 790,000 square metres already in action between 195 different retail parks. Of course, Moravia-Silesia plays host to the highest occupied park. For stores, they will have an opportunity to join a new park or apply for the 5% of space unoccupied in the existing parks moving forward.
