Iasi mall owners to invest EUR 125 mln to expand its business

The investment of EUR 125 mln has been announced as the funds provided for the expansion of the Era Shopping Park in lasim Eastern Romania. This announcement was made by the owners Prime Kapital and Mas Real Estate who plan to improve and expand the services currently being offered. The planned expansion is expected to create an additional 100,000 sqm to the current 41,000 sqm space in the mall. This report was made by the local Ziarul Financier who also indicated that the project should be completed by the end of next year.
The Prime Kapital representatives also made it known that the funds for this expansion will be provided by the two private investors to cover construction costs.
