Poland’s Immofinanz, the owner of Vivo! in Stawola Wola has secured a building permit for its new large format Decathlon Sports store.

The plan is to build a 1,750 sqm building as part of the second stage retail project next to the shopping center’s southern wing which is currently occupied by the Helios cinema. It is reported that the construction work will soon commence with a planned opening by Q1 in 2019. This is going to be the second Decathlon store opened in the Podkarpakie Province. Some new tenants have also signed leases at the center. They include Rylko, a producer of leather footwear; they have plans to open a store that is expected to occupy an area of 100sqm. The Polish, fashion store Tatuum is also expected to occupy an area of 170 sqm.  The country manager of operations at Immofinanz stated that, “in two and a half years of operations Vivo! Stalowa Wola has succeeded in establishing its position in the locality. We have become the first choice location for shopping and we have continuously expanded our entertainment sections.” With the recent revelations, the public highly anticipates this new store as it will offer more choices and convenience.
