PEAK Sport reports success at ISPO

PEAK Sports, the official supplier of the German Basketball Federation, appeared at ISPO Munich to take advantage of the international audience for launching their 2014 world-wide marketing campaign. ISPO Munich is one of the largest events in the industry and helps set the yearly fashion trends for the sports apparel industry. The company introduced its newest lines of sports equipment for basketball, running and tennis to the world market. This included the “PEAK Team Lightening TP9” shoes that were rated in the top 10 of basketball shoes in 2013 and were among the bestselling basketball products in Europe. PEAK also presented their “Ghill 3” shoe model which also made the top 10 list in 2012 and 2013.

As an official partner of the NBA, FIBA and WTA, PEAK has extensive experience in the design of professional sportswear.  PEAK is one of the largest active wear and footwear brands in Asia and is quickly making entry into markets across Europe and North America. The company has recently partnered with the basketball associations in Germany and Serbia as well as the Olympic Committees in several other countries, making it the first Chinese company to expand into the European market.

In 2014 the company will make additional investments and build long term business relationships with the NBA All-Star Game, FIFA World Cup, the World Basketball Championship FIBA and the Grand Slam tennis tournaments. This widespread investment will increase the company’s brand awareness across Europe.

PEAK Sports CEO, Xu Zhihua, has said he believes this will be a great opportunity for the company because are many consumers in Europe looking for high quality sporting apparel. ISPO is just the first stop for PEAK in 2014; the company will be attending several other major sporting events across Europe, and will be preparing to launch new products throughout the year.
