The most up-to-date fitness club in the Jelenia Góra region, a part of the Fabryka Formy chain, has opened in the shopping center, Galeria Sudecka, which has been developed by Echo Investment.
Fabryka Formy, in Galeria Sudecka boasts an area in excess of 1,300 square meters. It is the biggest, as well as the most up-to-date fitness center in the Jelenia Góra region, with a focus on cross training and fitness classes, whist still offering traditional free weights and resistance machines. The new up to date fitness center is called Fabryka Formy 11 club in Poland.
Jelenia Góra is a city in the south west of Poland, which is situated close to the Czech and Germany border, and serves as a cross roads for the Central European Region.
