Sports Retail Poland: C&W to work for Martes

POLAND Cushman & Wakefield has been named as leasing agent for the sportswear retailer Martes Sport in Poland. The organization will in addition give counseling services to the chain's continuous development.

"We will open 26 new stores in Poland before the end of this year and mean to build our aggregate number of units to more than 200 in Q4 2016," said Tomasz Barchański, expansion director of Martes Sport. Cushman & Wakefield will be scanning for 270sqm to 1,200sqm outlets for Martes Sport, which as of now features 130 spots in Poland.
