2015-12-07 source own

According to a new report entitled ‘Dietary supplements market in Central Europe 2015 and Development forecasts 2015-2020’, the market had reached €1.2 billion at the end of 2014.

Poland still holds the biggest market at 46% because of the size of the population as well as their high level of spending. Romania has recently overtaken Czech Republic into second place as a result of dynamic growth in the Romanian market and ‘modest growth’ in Czech Republic. In better times, Czech Republic was thought to hold a market share of around 20%, though this has fallen recently.
