Czech ICT distributor eD’system has announced two new product lines to add to their ever-growing smartwatch collection. Suunto and PolarPro have become the newest additions as the Czech company look to widen their range of sports watches, monitors and cycling computers; the products have been available since October 2015 and the company are hoping that it will help them to grow and gain a stronger hold on the market.

One new product, the Polar heart rate monitor, is available in many different colours appealing to all customers and is designed with comfort in mind. The device is at the forefront of new technology as it monitors sleep patterns and records all physical activity that is undertaken by whomever choosing to wear it. The device can then use the information to recommend perfect times to train as well as tips regarding exercise and when to rest.

Also available, is a sports watch with built-in GPS that includes a calorie counter, tracking as well as distance and altitude readers. Products are also available for cyclists including a cycling computer that measures heart rate, distance, speed as well as other key information that can be used to enhance performance.

Product Manager, Vojtech Urban, has said “Polar has been the absolute leader in the market for sports performance monitoring for more than 30 years so we are delighted to be joining together with others to expand our product range of sporting accessories. Moreover, they are relatively affordable as well”.
