Store expansion for CCC

2016-05-19 source own

The manager of the Polus Centre has revealed that CCC has expanded their store to now have nearly 1,000 square metres of floor space. CCC has enjoyed rapid success in Hungary in recent years since opening their very first store back in 2012 and now has hundreds of stores across Europe.

The centre itself has invested heavily which has in turn allowed the Polish footwear giant to do the same and extend their retail space. In 2015, the amount of visitors to the Polus Centre increased by over 5% which contributed to a 15% increase in revenues for the stores within (when compared to the previous year).

Managing Director of CCC, Sandor Hodi, has said “We believe Polus was a perfect choice for us. Feedback from customers in past years, and a high number of visitors prompted us to expand our presence in the mall. Moreover, the store is now CCC Hungary’s largest shopping mall shoe store.”

Head of Retail at CBRE who head the Polus Centre, Szabolcs Koroknai, says “We have completed a successful negotiation process guaranteeing the long-term presence of CCC. This newly opened ‘magnet tenant’ is an excellent indicator of Polus Centre’s development, since only the most successful shopping centres have shoe stores of a similar size.”
