Brose Expands Service Network in Central Europe (CE)

Brose, the Berlin-based eBike systems manufacturer, has partnered with new service providers to enhance support for dealers and end users in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
New Partnerships for Enhanced Service
In Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, Jarek Billewicz, head of GEC Racing in Będzin, will manage inquiries and offer dealer training. GEC Racing, founded in 2017, provides eBike repairs and sells high-performance components under its own brand. Billewicz, an experienced eBike enthusiast, will ensure prompt and expert assistance for Brose products.
"I have been riding and working with Brose drives for several years and consider them the best on the market due to their natural riding characteristics, good configurability, and service options. The majority of my customers ride eBikes with Brose components. This partnership allows me to offer better service and respond more quickly to their needs," said Billewicz.
Commitment to Customer Service
Brose E-Bike is dedicated to continuously improving customer service. Since late 2020, the company has steadily expanded its services to numerous countries. In Germany and Austria, Brose oversees dealer training and handles complaints, guaranteeing a replacement within 96 hours in the event of a warranty claim.
Conclusion
With these new partnerships, Brose is set to significantly enhance its service network in Eastern Europe, ensuring quicker and more efficient support for its dealers and customers. This strategic move underscores Brose's commitment to providing top-notch service and maintaining its reputation for quality in the eBike market.
