Benefit Systems Expands Fitness Club Portfolio to 240 Facilities with Organic Fitness Acquisition
2024-11-26 source ownBenefit Systems S.A. has strengthened its position in the Polish fitness market by acquiring MyOrganiq Sp. z o.o., the operator of the Organic Fitness network. This transaction, valued at approximately PLN 25 million, adds eight Organic Fitness clubs to Benefit Systems’ portfolio, increasing the total number of fitness facilities under its management in Poland to 240 locations.
Strategic Expansion in Western Poland
The acquisition includes eight Organic Fitness clubs, with four located in Poznań and others in Bydgoszcz, Zgorzelec, Swarzędz, and Stargard, as well as two upcoming locations in Bydgoszcz and Lubin. These clubs offer a total area of over 7,000 square metres, with the new facilities planned to add 2,600 square metres.
Marcin Fojudzki, a Management Board Member at Benefit Systems, highlighted the significance of the acquisition:

In addition to the Organic Fitness acquisition, Benefit Systems has recently expanded its portfolio with the integration of Artis and Gym Poznań clubs. October also saw the opening of two new facilities: My Fitness Place in Kraków and Zdrofit in Warsaw.
