Polands Total Fitness has been taken over by Benefit Systems SA which has taken a majority stake. Total Fitness currently has 14 fitness clubs in Poland and is further proof in the consolidation of the Polish gym market.The deal is reported to be worth between 75 to 85 million Zloty with the final amount subject to conditions of the agreement.
