Bergans now partners with a new distributor in Switzerland. The ACE Alpine & Climbing Equipment AG, partners with Bergans Outdoor GmbH from November 1. Therefore, the old contact – Thilo Schmidt-Arras – changes to the German sales force.
By moving to the active home-based companies, Bergans promises to be more active in Switzerland. ACE has several showrooms plus its warehouse based in Switzerland. This guarantees a faster and more efficient service in the non-EU country. In Switzerland, Bergans is available in over 40 retail outlets.
In 2016 during the summer, Vorgeorderte will be delivered from Bergans’ major warehouse of the EU in Norderstedt city of Germany, near Hamburg. The Local customer care service still runs through the summer period of 2016 for Swiss clients. The ACE & Alpine Climbing Equipment AG will be in charge of delivery and customer support service, coupled with the delivery of FW 2016/2017 collection.
