Berlin sees new product showroom and spa open

Babor, originally from Aachen, Germany, have opened a new flagship store in the centre of Berlin. The site of the new spa is 1400 square feet and is said to be designed to provide a mixture of services.

The site allows visitors to try out Babor’s products as well as benefit from a personal consultation. Customers are being allowed to find out more about the concentrated active ingredient line by visiting the stylish ampoule bar. The new spa includes three separate treatment rooms each designed for particular products; the rooms are decorated to reflect this using brushed metal in gold, rose gold and carbon.

The owner of the new site, Christiane Linger, has said that the space is “strong and feminine; just like the women who come here to enjoy their own personalised, indulgent experience.” The managing director of Babor, Michael Shummert added that the opening of the store “marks a homecoming and a step into the future for him.” Shummert, originally from Berlin said “Of course Berlin is particularly close to my heart, not only because it is my home but also because this city has the power to reach out to the world. That is why I am delighted to have the opportunity to consistently refine our concept here with our new store. It’s luxurious, stylish and forward-looking; just like Babor’s products.
