Colt CZ Group has expanded its production capabilities with the opening of a new facility, Colt CZ Hungary, where it holds a majority stake and manages all operations. This move strengthens the Group’s ability to meet growing global demand for its firearms, catering to commercial, military, and law enforcement markets.

The establishment of Colt CZ Hungary, a joint venture with the Hungarian government initiated in 2018, aims to enhance the production of military-grade CZ firearms, supplying not only the Hungarian Armed Forces but also international markets. The state-of-the-art facility is equipped with advanced technologies, including cutting-edge robotics, fully automated turning and milling centers, and precision finishing processes. These advancements are supported by technology transfers from CZ’s headquarters in Uhersky Brod, Czech Republic, ensuring the same high standards of quality and reliability that CZ is known for.

Operations at the new facility will be overseen by CZ specialists, recognized globally for their expertise in precision engineering and manufacturing, ensuring that the brand’s tradition of excellence is maintained.
