Besides many other successfully operating companies worldwide, the bicycle manufacturer decided to expand the production to another European country, with the new manufacturing site in Timişoara.

In the new, modern corratec e-Bike and bike factory in Timişoara, university city, Silicon Valley of Romania and future cultural capital, we will generate production capacities of approx. 300.000 e-Bikes and bikes on an area of approx. 50.000qm with a production area of approx. 25.000qm from the year 2022. This enables us to create around 450 safe jobs within the next 24 months.

Timişoara has been considered as a real insider tip for premium companies for quite a while. The city in the west of Romania is known as the major university city and therefore attracts a lot of young, highly qualified and experienced professionals. The attraction of Timişoara is not only the outstanding educational surrounding or the central European location, the city also has plenty to offer. It will be Europe's cultural capital in 2023 and is known as " Little Vienna" for many reasons.
