"Injoy, a subsidiary of the fitness and wellness group ACISO Holding, has significantly expanded its presence in Central Europe. The company recently completed the acquisition of 22 fitness clubs from Actic Fitness, comprising 21 clubs in Germany and one in Austria.
With this latest purchase, Injoy's portfolio now includes a total of 130 gyms across Germany and Austria, further strengthening its position as a major player in the European fitness market.
Meanwhile, Actic Fitness has decided to focus more on its local Scandinavian market after this sale, following a strategic review of its business operations.
