Hungary is thinking about bidding to host 2032 Olympics

In January 2021 Hungary established a committee to assess feasibility of hosting the IOC event in its capital Budapest.
Hungary has tried before with bids in 1916, 1920, 1936, 1944 and 1960, but Hungary has never hosted the Games before. Budapest tried again for 2024 but pulled out in 2017 due to it being un popular with many Hungarians believing money could be better spent elsewhere.
