Intersport 2.0  has opened a new store in the Galeria Krakowska mall, Krakow.

This is the first store to showcase the chain’s new strategy for multichannel sales using personalised offers complete with test stations and touch screens for a futuristic and interactive experience. The Director of Development for Intersport Polksa, Piotr Mierzwa, describes the store as unique.  it’s modern look, feel and lighting, zoning for men, women and younger athletes makes it extremely customer friendly and  it is easier than ever to negotiate the store.  Artur Mikolajko, CEO of Intersport Polska realises that the modern customer has high expectations, the need for personalised and intuitive advice; fast,  immediate transactions and convenience have all been factored into the new format.

Jarosław Szymczak, the director of Galeria Krakowska, which is located in Kraków’s city centre and is the city’s largest mall has spoken out about how pleased he is that the very first Intersport 2.0 store in  the country has been opened there.   The innovative look and feel of the store, with the use of all the latest technology, has been a good fit with his own overall development strategy.  He is confident that it will be a success and customers will continue to visit the store as often as they did before.
