New bike factory being built in Lithuania

Pon.Bike to open state of the art factory in Lithuania which will help with their supply chain, Construction of the new CEE bike manufacturing facility has started. The factory is located in the Kėdainiai Free Economic Zone (FEZ) and is expected to be built in the summer 2024. 

Pon.Bike Lithuania factory will employ 300 by the time the factory opens and then increasing to 600 at a later date. Pon.Bike will manufacture their brands Gazelle, Kalkhoff, Focus and Urban Arrow at their Central Eastern European factory.

The city of Kėdainiai, Lithuania is about to become a hub for bicycle production with the opening of Pon.Bike’s new factory. Janco van der Heiden, Pon.Bike’s Vice President for Operations, announced the plan to produce hundreds of thousands of high-quality bicycles at the site, which will make Lithuania famous in this field throughout Europe and the world.
