Oberalp, the Italian-based leader in mountain sports equipment, has announced an exclusive distribution partnership with Under Armour in Switzerland, beginning in the Fall/Winter 2025 season. This new partnership further expands Oberalp’s strategic collaboration with Under Armour, reinforcing its footprint in the European market.

Oberalp’s successful partnership with Under Armour began in Italy in 2017, driving remarkable growth from €8 million to €50 million in revenue. Over the years, the South Tyrolean group has played a key role in growing Under Armour's business across both wholesale and retail channels in Italy. The brand is now present in over 1,200 doors, while Oberalp also manages 17 monobrand stores, including 8 brand houses and 9 factory houses.

Michele Rossi, General Manager of Distributed Brands at Oberalp Group, emphasized the company’s proven ability to elevate international brands, stating, “Our collaboration with Under Armour in Italy has demonstrated our expertise in enhancing brand presence and potential. We are excited to bring this same level of ambition and enthusiasm to Switzerland.”

This new partnership is set to further boost Under Armour's presence in Switzerland, marking another significant milestone in the brand's European expansion.
