In recent years, the market all around Europe has been fairly unstable but Poland has been announced as the fifth most attractive investment location in Europe. With this in mind, they became the most attractive market in the Central and Eastern market. However, it has been noted that it may not be this way in the future as Hungary, Bulgaria, Serbia, and Romania are all growing in size.
Managing Partner at EY, Jacek Kedzior, has said “We have conducted a study over several years, using the same methodology. Between February and April, we poll nearly 1,500 decision-makers around the world about what they think about the attractiveness of Europe and the individual European countries. Poland is currently in fifth place in terms of its appeal compared to all European countries. [The country was] superseded only by Germany, the UK, France and the Netherlands. We are, in turn, by far the leader of [the CEE] region as the most attractive destination for investment, and this is very good news.”
