Poland welcomes new fitness brand

In December, Poland, and more specifically the Mokotow district in Warsaw, is set to welcome the first Orangetheory Fitness (OTF) fitness club as its expansion plan begins. Locals close to ul. Gintrowskiego will be able to visit the Adgar Wave office to take advantage of the 322 square-metre studio.

Interestingly, around half of this space will form a gym for around 24 people. With this in mind, only 250 lucky people will be awarded membership at first. Orangetheory Fitness franchise holder in Poland, Radoslaw Jarmula, has said “We are opening a new chapter in the history of the Polish fitness market. 24 minutes in an OTF studio will provide the same results as a standard, one-hour workout at a normal gym. OTF is extremely popular abroad and in Western Europe, both among amateurs and professional athletes. We are convinced that the ‘orange training’ programme will win the hearts of the most demanding clients.”

Originally, Orangetheory Fitness was formed in the US but the chain has enjoyed great success elsewhere in recent years.
